POSITION: Vice President, Digital Health Eco-Systems
SALARY AND HOURS: $158,662 per year; 40 hours per week.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and/or Physiology, plus five years of experience as Chief Technical Officer, Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director, which experience must be in healthcare technology systems.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Commercial structuring of the business, to accomplish the following:
Business Development:
Ability to understand the healthcare landscape (current and future) and related client environment, and translate the fit of that client specific needs at executive and business level to the appropriate technology solution
Creation of a commercial value proposition
Creating the required commercial value proposition and business case, aligned with the strategic technology & business roadmap of the client
Commercialization of Technology Solution offering:
Utilizing prior experience and proven successes within a Healthcare technology ecosystem, that encompasses:
Centralized Electronic Health Records
Payor Administration Management systems
Hospital Management and Billing Systems
Healthcare Provider Practice Management and Billing Systems
Workman’s Compensation Claims and Billing Management
Coding systems (ICD 10 & CPT4)
Real-time transacting
Transparent pricing
In order to ensure the proposed business solutions are aligned with the organizational strategy and roadmap on both a business and technology level.
Business Strategy Design
Utilizing prior experience and proven successes in the Digital Health eco-system environment to ensure company strategy is aligned with global Healthcare trends, and encompasses technological advances
Set business goals and objectives according to company's needs
Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data
Perform complex analysis of overall company performance
Serve as a face of the company when attending business events and conferences.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Business Administration AND a Bachelor of Science degree in a healthcare-related field, plus five years of experience in healthcare information technology.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
This position encompasses structuring the business across a broad enterprise view, working in a cross matrix structure or direct reporting line structures (as required from time time), to accomplish the following within an innovative real time end to end digital health technology eco-system :
· Business Development and value proposition creation:
o Utilizing prior experience and proven successes,
§ Understand both the integrated healthcare landscape (current and future from provider, patient and payor perspective) and related client environment (specific needs and existing technology both verbalized and latent needs) within the integrated healthcare landscape.
§ Translate the fit of that client specific needs at executive, business, operational and technology level to the appropriate technology solution both from a Business strategy and technology strategy and operational delivery perspective (business and technology and operations)
§ Create the required value proposition and business case beneficial to all parties involved and guide alignment with the strategic technology & business & operational delivery roadmaps
· Innovative Technology Solution Strategy :
o Utilizing prior experience and proven successes within an end to end digital real time technology ecosystem at national level, guide and formulate an innovative technology strategy and related roadmap, that aligns with the foundation principles of :
§ Digital end to end eco-systems (either in totality or modular application) incorporating various stakeholders including patients, Healthcare providers and hospitals/facilities, as well as insurers /payors
§ Pro-active risk paradigm offerings, based on and driven by experience with global digital ecosystems, offering real time medical clinical and financial risk management integrating payors and healthcare service providers
§ The above mentioned Digital ecosystems and Pro-active risk paradigm offerings should include prior experience in:
Transparent real time pricing and transacting of Healthcare claims and processing
Transparent real time authorization of Healthcare events
Experience and understanding of application of medical clinical risk management including understanding of CPT and ICD codes.
Payor administration systems
Centralized electronic Health and Event records
Workman’s Compensation Claims and Billing Management.
Global digital healthcare ecosystems from a national as well as modular aspect (At least three Healthcare markets from two different continents, outside of the USA), with client-facing, full life-cycle, product and/or services design
o Ensure all projects and short term technology and business solutions are aligned with the organizational strategic technology, business strategy and operational delivery roadmaps.
· Technology Solution architecture design, development and deployment :
o Utilizing prior experience and proven successes,
§ Work with the technology architects to ensure translation of the technology solution to the required technological architectural design both from a technology application and data warehouse BI & analytics perspective.
§ Work with the required technology teams to ensure alignment and delivery aligned with the business strategy, technology strategy, (both strategic and short term), client needs and business viability requirements
· Operational production and quality management:
o Utilizing prior experience and proven successes,
§ Ensure appropriate operational production structuring, processes, resourcing, and integration with client environment, including applying the required change management and business transformation experience in implementing disruptive innovative digital healthcare technology solutions in these client healthcare landscapes.
§ Design the appropriate monitoring and control processes, dashboards and related reporting for quality measurement and management.
